Wordless Wednesday: Start The Day With A Smile

Every morning I look out into the garden and see my happy friend. I know if he’s laughing and smiling it’s going to be a good day. He’s got it all figured out.

What is your morning routine to help start your day on the right track?

Great picture! My morning routine – I look at the clock when the kids wake up and if it’s past 6am, it’s going to be a good day!

I have wanted a laughing Buddha for quite awhile now. I think he shows great perspective. I haven’t gotten one because I’ve been afraid of what my Christian friends might say. Isn’t that silly?

I don’t see it as a religious symbol, thought for some it may be. I just thought he had a terrific outlook on life and would make a lovely addition to our garden.

They’re succulents. I wish I could remember the exact name, but the ol’ brain isn’t ringing any bells.

Love the laughing Buddha! Want one! The smile is contagious. And Chloe, get one! I’m a preacher’s kid and I give you permission by proxy, as if you needed it.

I start my day with a powerful Chakra toning meditation, so see how far I’ve stretched those preacher kid roots.

I don’t have a routine to start my day off right. Maybe that’s why my days never go right. One question, tho. Do you ever wake up and the Buddha isn’t smiling? That would be scary. And it’s funny that you have wordless Wednesday & I have Word to Your Motha Wednesday. I guess Wednesday is good for words and no words. People can have their pick.

Lucky for me, my little Buddha is always in a good mood. I can’t help but crack a smile, even when I don’t want to, when I look at him. Yeah, Wednesdays tend to be days when people are probably too busy or tired to write. Love them! I’ll check yours out too 🙂

Ohhh I need him out my window, but then he would be buried in snow for part of the year, probably not the same. Thanks for sharing him with the rest of us.

What a beautiful photo and what a wonderful statue! Thanks for sharing. I’m going to give this some thought. Something to remind me each day to smile would be a great addition to my life. Hm.

    Have a lovely weekend.
